Stephanie joined SMC in 2010, after having completed her MBA studies at the Copenhagen Business School. Prior to her MBA, Stephanie had worked for a manufacturing company in the wood industry, in B2B sales and marketing roles such as heading the company's overseas marketing activities or consulting sales activities in the Chinese market.
After gaining seven years of experience in strategic consulting projects, Stephanie joined SMC in our Digital Practice in Munich in 2018 as Principal Sales & Marketing. Her specialization is working with clients on driving digital transformation in the Sales & Marketing arena, focusing on customer experience, customer value co-creation, digital sales, go-to-market, sales organization and people.

Partner for Innovation Practice
Sven has a deep connection to Siemens. After starting his career at BCG, he moved to Siemens back in 2003 to head a strategy department. Four years later, he joined Siemens Management Consulting and quickly became Partner. In 2012, Sven left SMC to build up a global team – bringing start-up innovations to Siemens. After five years, he switched sides to work in the Rolling Stock business.
Now Sven is back at SMC: Since March 2019, he’s been leading our Innovation Practice in Digital Consulting. His task: helping clients to rebuild the ways they innovate by applying concepts such as design thinking or lean start-up methodologies.
The culture at SMC played a big part in Sven’s return. “SMC is exceptional because of the people and the unique combination of consulting with deep domain expertise and end-to-end delivery capabilities,” he states.
Partner for Data Analytics Practice
Jochen joined Siemens as a senior hire in 2015, with the mandate to build up the Data Analytics team within the company’s Corporate Audit department. Two years later, he became Partner in Data Analytics. Before Jochen became part of Siemens, he worked at Roland Berger for five years, heading their Data Analytics team and working mainly in the area of Big Data Strategy, Digital Transformation and Smart Data Analytics.
With his passion for Data Analytics, Jochen supports our clients in many ways: by integrating Analytics in all business functions and developing data-driven solutions with sustainable impact, for example based on Machine Learning, Natural Language Programming or Predictive Analytics.
